ICT Cell and a one-day workshop were both opened on November 10th, 2022. At 10 am, the programme got underway. Mariya began the prayer with a prayer (1st B. Ed Social Science). Revathy B. R. gave the opening remarks (1st B. Ed Natural Science). Our esteemed principal Dr. V. K. Santhosh Kumar gave the opening address to the programme and inaugurated it. He spoke on the development of digital technology and how it has shaped our way of life. Dr. Rajasree K, staff council secretary for GCTE, presented the award. Jessy M offered a vote of gratitude (1st B. Ed English).For first-year B. Ed. students, a one-day session on digital resources in education was also organised. The workshop was divided into two sessions: one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
Assistant Professor Dr. Praveena M led the morning session. She introduced online databases, e-books, e-journals, and e-theses as digital resources. The course was efficient and helpful for the students' future needs.
Assistant Professor Dr. Jayakrishna K led the afternoon class. She provided us with instruction on how to create Google forms, Google Classroom, Google Docs, etc. It applies to us in future lessons because we plan to become instructors.The training ended around 3:30 p.m., and it was an insightful and knowledgable session.
