Meditation and Relaxation through YOGA

 


Discover happiness in nature and inside yourself. Make yoga a habit for a long, happy life. On November 9, 2022, for the next three days—November 9, 10, and 11—the Department of Physical Education Government College of Teacher Education Thycaud and Heartfulness presented meditation and relaxation via yoga. The class took place from 3:30 to 4:30.


Miss Mariya George's appealing voice and a musical prayer marked the beginning of the ceremonial event. The dignitaries were welcomed to the Diase by Miss Devika Ps. Dr. Santhosh Kumar Sir, Principal of GCTE Thycaud, delivered the presidential address and performed the inauguration. Rahul Sir, the IQAC Convenor, was congratulated on the event. RoshKumar Sir, Assistant Professor of the Department of Physical Education GCTE, served as the program's coordinator.



We were joined for the yoga programme by the personnel from Heartfulness Trivandrum. Meditation, Intuition, and Prayer will be the focus of their three-day session. They attended classes on prayer on November 11, intuition on November 10, and meditation on November 9.

2) Heartfulness Yoga Meditation Trainer Jayasree D.K.
Get out of IT (information and Technology ).

3) Vishu B, a licenced yoga instructor
working as a yoga instructor and volunteer mindfulness practitioner.



Vishnu Sir and Jayasree Ma'am attended Today On Meditation sessions. By 4:30 pm, the sessions were over, and Sandhya from the first-year social science education class described her main experience and expressed gratitude for the occasion.
