On November 9, 2022, for the next three days—November 9, 10, and 11—the Department of Physical Education Government College of Teacher Education Thycaud and Heartfulness presented meditation and relaxation via yoga. The class took place from 3:30 to 4:30.
We were joined for the yoga programme by the personnel from Heartfulness Trivandrum. Meditation, Intuition, and Prayer will be the focus of their three-day session. They attended classes on prayer on November 11, intuition on November 10, and meditation on November 9.
