                   DAY 1 :: 1st February 2023

In GCTE's General Hall 2, the first session got underway at 10 AM. The initiative was led by Mr. Praveen Kumar, the chairman of the college union. Event emcee: Ms. Keerthana SS. A prayer song was sung by Ms. Gowri Venu to start the event. The presidential address was given by the principal of GCTE, Dr. VK Santhosh Kumar sir, after the welcoming address by Dr. Jayakrishna K, staff secretary and assistant professor of Hindi. The resource was Sri Raman P. He energised us before the session began by showcasing the outstanding still models and working models that he had created and that had won him numerous honours and accolades on a national scale.
On the first day, he helped us prepare charts by going into great detail about how to do so. He showed us how to hold a chisel marker, how to write in Malayalam, English, Hindi, and other languages, how to write clearly, boldly, and legibly, how to wisely use chart space, and other things. We were given instructions to create charts on our own that connected to the topics of our study during the afternoon session. Everyone took part in it directly.Raman Sir frequently went from student to student, answering all of their questions. He then looked over everyone's charts and made any required adjustments.

                 DAY 2 :: 2nd February 2023

The second day's session started at 9:30 am, and models were supposed to be ready by then. He demonstrated numerous models for each topic that he had prepared. We were shocked by some of the teaching aid strategies that we were aware of. This also inspired some original thoughts in us. These teaching tools need more time to create, but the principles are extremely well understood by the pupils.

The session gave the students practical experience. Everyone who helped prepare the instructional aids did so with the utmost sincerity. The resource person discussed several straightforward model-making methods that are only used in displays. The session gave the pupils a chance to express their ideas. In addition, we were pleasantly impressed by the resource person's commitment, genuineness, and simplicity. He moved from student to student all the time, answering questions, and inspiring each and every one of us. 11 students—one from each department—spoke about their thoughts and feedback towards the end of the session. At 4:45 pm, Day 2 came to a conclusion.
