TEACHERS DAY CELEBRATION

Due to the final viva voce and online exams for B.Ed final year students, Government College of Teacher Education couldn't celebrate Teachers' Day on September 5th. Instead, the college observed it today. Mr. Jose D. Sujeev, a former student and National Award-winning teacher, was honored at the event. We also paid tribute to Jacob Mathews Sir and Suresh Sir, former professors beloved by their students for their dedication.

Dr. Isaac Paul from the Department of Commerce, recognized as the best research supervisor by the Association of International Researchers of Indian Origin (AIRIO), and other teachers were also honored. Basil, a second-semester B.Ed student, was recognized for preventing a major disaster when a fire broke out in the college's computer lab.

The Teachers' Day celebration was a heartwarming and successful event. It showed our deep appreciation for the dedicated educators who shape our future and fostered a sense of gratitude among students and staff.
